Delete your Nuvora account.

Users can permanently delete their account directly inside the Nuvora mobile app.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open Nuvora.
  2. 2Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. 3Open Profile.
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom.
  5. 5Tap Delete Account.
  6. 6Review the warning.
  7. 7Confirm permanent deletion.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete the account.

Account deletion removes your Nuvora account and its data.

Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion and must be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.

Cancel a subscription

  1. 1Open the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
  2. 2Open the subscription management area.
  3. 3Select Nuvora.
  4. 4Manage or cancel the subscription if available.
