1. Overview
This policy explains how E AI Agent Systems LLC (“Nuvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Nuvora iPhone app, website, and support services.
Nuvora is a routine organizer. It is not a medical device or healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or dosage decisions. Always consult your doctor about medication and health decisions.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to provide the app features you choose to use:
- your email address;
- health and routine information you enter, including weight, doses, hydration, protein, side effects, and check-ins;
- meal information created through the meal scanner or entered by you;
- your subscription state.
If you choose the option without medication, Nuvora does not ask you for medication information or show dose features.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- location;
- contacts;
- advertising identifiers;
- activity used to track you across other apps or websites.
Nuvora has no advertising. We do not sell health data or other personal information.
4. Meal Photos
Meal scanning runs only when you tap scan. The photo is sent for analysis to estimate calories and protein, then it is not retained. Meal information you choose to save may remain in your account.
Meal results are estimates and may be inaccurate. They are not medical or nutritional treatment advice.
5. AI Processing
NUVORA chat and AI reports run only when you send a message or request a report. Nothing runs in the background.
AI requests are processed server-side. The app does not place AI provider keys on your device. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medication, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, or other medical decisions.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information above to create and secure your account, show your daily plan and routines, provide the features you request, prepare trends and reports, maintain subscription access, respond to support requests, and operate the service.
We do not use health data for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.
7. Service Providers
Nuvora uses these providers for specific purposes:
- Supabase for the database and authentication;
- OpenAI for AI processing requested by the user;
- RevenueCat for subscription state;
- Apple for App Store payments and subscription management.
These services process information only as needed for their role in providing Nuvora.
8. Storage and Security
Health data is stored per user with row-level security. This separates each user's data and limits access according to the signed-in account.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account inside Nuvora by opening Profile and selecting Delete Account. Confirming deletion removes your account and its data.
Deleting the app does not delete your account. Cancelling an Apple subscription is separate and must be done in App Store settings.

We may update this policy when Nuvora or its privacy practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
