1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Nuvora, including the iOS application, public website, support services, and related features.
By using Nuvora, the user agrees to these Terms.
2. Company
Nuvora is operated by E AI Agent Systems LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
3. Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Users under the age of legal majority must use Nuvora only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Nuvora is not directed to children under 13.
4. Non-Medical Service
Nuvora is a routine organization and educational support service.
Nuvora is not:
- a healthcare provider;
- a doctor;
- a pharmacy;
- a medical device;
- an emergency service;
- a diagnostic tool;
- a prescription service.
Nuvora does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosing decisions, or emergency assistance.
Users must consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medication, dosage, symptoms, treatment, side effects, or health decisions.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- entering accurate information;
- reviewing reminders;
- following instructions provided by their healthcare professional;
- independently verifying AI-generated or meal-analysis results;
- maintaining access to professional medical care;
- maintaining the security of their account;
- using the service lawfully.
A reminder does not replace the user's responsibility to follow their prescribed treatment plan.
6. AI-Generated Information
Nuvora may provide AI-generated responses and estimated meal information.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, or misleading.
Users must not rely on AI-generated output for diagnosis, medical treatment, medication changes, dosage decisions, emergency decisions, or other high-risk health decisions.
7. Meal Analysis
Meal scanning provides estimated nutritional information only.
Results may vary based on image quality, ingredients, portion size, preparation, and other factors.
Meal analysis is not a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional.
8. Reminders
Nuvora may provide local reminders based on user-entered schedules.
We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered at a particular time or at all.
Users remain responsible for following instructions provided by their healthcare professional.
9. Subscriptions
Nuvora is a premium subscription service.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple's applicable terms.
Users can manage subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting a Nuvora account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
10. Restore Purchases
Eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases feature while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
11. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials and devices.
Users must notify Nuvora of suspected unauthorized access.
12. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- misuse the service;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with service operation;
- reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted;
- submit malicious content;
- exploit security vulnerabilities;
- use automated systems to abuse the service;
- violate another person's rights;
- use Nuvora for unlawful purposes.
13. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
Users grant Nuvora a limited license to process submitted content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and provide the requested features.
Users represent that they have the right to submit their content.
14. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:
- protect users;
- protect system security;
- investigate abuse;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with law.
Users may delete their account inside the app.
16. Intellectual Property
Nuvora, its branding, software, interface, design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by E AI Agent Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
17. Third-Party Services
Nuvora may depend on services provided by Apple and other technology providers.
Use of third-party services may be governed by their terms.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvora is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E AI Agent Systems LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of Nuvora.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless E AI Agent Systems LLC from claims arising from unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
22. Disputes
Before filing a formal claim, users agree to contact support@nuvoradiet.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.
23. Apple Terms
For the iOS application:
- these Terms are between the user and E AI Agent Systems LLC, not Apple;
- Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting Nuvora;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where applicable;
- users must comply with applicable Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
