1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Nuvora iPhone app, website, and support services. By using Nuvora, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Nuvora is an organizer for everyday health, nutrition, and daily habits. It also offers dedicated tools for people whose routine includes a GLP-1.
Nuvora is not a diet program, supplement, medication, healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, diagnostic tool, or prescription service.
3. Medical Notice
Nuvora does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosage decisions, or emergency assistance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medication, symptoms, treatment, side effects, or other health decisions.
You are responsible for entering accurate information and following instructions provided by your healthcare professional. Reminders and AI output do not replace professional care.
4. AI and Meal Estimates
AI features run only when you request them. Responses and meal estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, dosage decisions, or emergencies.
5. Subscription and Trial
Nuvora is free to download and requires a subscription after onboarding. Apple provides a 7-day free trial.
The US prices are US$ 4.99 per month or US$ 53.99 per year. Prices may differ by region.
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple's terms and are handled in App Store settings. Nuvora never takes your payment card.
Deleting your Nuvora account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
6. Apple Licence
The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms apply to the Nuvora service and do not replace Apple's licence terms.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your account and device. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Nuvora, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, exploit vulnerabilities, violate another person's rights, or use the service unlawfully.
9. Your Content
You keep ownership of information you submit. You allow Nuvora to process it only as needed to provide and secure the features you request. You must have the right to submit that information.
10. Availability and Account Termination
Features may change, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, secure the service, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
You may delete your account inside the app.
11. Intellectual Property
Nuvora's name, software, interface, design, text, and graphics belong to E AI Agent Systems LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Nuvora is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service or its output will always be available, complete, or accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, E AI Agent Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of Nuvora. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
