1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Nuvora mobile application, website, and support services. By using Nuvora, you agree to these Terms.
2. English Version Controls
Translated versions are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
3. The Service
Nuvora is an organizer for everyday health, nutrition, routines, and daily habits. It also offers dedicated tools for people whose routine includes a GLP-1.
Nuvora is not a diet program, supplement, medication, healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, diagnostic tool, or prescription service.
4. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use Nuvora only in compliance with applicable law and marketplace rules.
5. Account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for protecting your account and device, and for contacting us if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.
6. Everyday Health and GLP-1 Use
You may use Nuvora for general health routines, nutrition, hydration, habits, movement, weight, and progress. If you use the GLP-1 journey, enter only medication and dose information provided by your healthcare professional.
7. Medical Notice
Nuvora does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosage decisions, or emergency assistance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medication, symptoms, treatment, side effects, or other health decisions.
You are responsible for following instructions provided by your healthcare professional. Reminders, summaries, estimates, and AI output do not replace professional care.
8. Emergencies
Do not use Nuvora for emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
9. AI Features
AI features run only when you request them. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, dosage decisions, or emergencies.
10. Meal Scan Estimates
Meal scan results are estimates. They may be inaccurate and are provided for routine awareness only, not for medical or nutritional treatment decisions.
11. Subscriptions and Trials
Nuvora has a free plan. Upgrade to Premium for advanced limits and features. A 7-day free trial of Premium may be available to eligible new subscribers. Eligibility may depend on marketplace rules, account history, region, and promotional availability.
The Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen is the source of truth for eligibility, trial availability, current pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, and offers.
When Apple or Google processes a purchase, Nuvora does not receive, collect, or store your payment card information.
12. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Subscriptions are sold and managed by the marketplace where you purchase them, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and may automatically renew. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow that marketplace's terms and account settings. Refunds are subject to marketplace rules and applicable law.
Deleting your Nuvora account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation through the marketplace account used for purchase.
13. Marketplace Terms
Marketplace terms may apply in addition to these Terms. These Terms apply to the Nuvora service and do not replace the applicable marketplace license, payment, or subscription terms.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Nuvora, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, exploit vulnerabilities, violate another person's rights, or use the service unlawfully.
15. Your Content
You keep ownership of information you submit. You allow Nuvora to process it only as needed to provide and secure the features you request. You must have the right to submit that information.
16. Reports and Exports
If you export or share summaries, reports, or other information from Nuvora, you are responsible for deciding who receives them and whether they are appropriate to share.
17. Availability and Changes
Features may change, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
18. Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account inside the app. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, secure the service, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
19. Intellectual Property
Nuvora's name, software, interface, design, text, and graphics belong to E AI Agent Systems LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
20. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Nuvora handles information. By using Nuvora, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described there.
21. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Nuvora is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service or its output will always be available, complete, or accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, E AI Agent Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of Nuvora. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
22. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
